Transformation strategy and planning

From knowing where to start, to taking your transformation plans to the next level, I can help you figure out what’s practical and impactful for your organisation, and draw up a roadmap to achieve the change you want to see.


Mentoring and professional development

I offer group and individual mentoring to executives and senior staff who want to learn how to lead transformational change. Sessions can be used to help you explore organisational challenges, develop new skills, plan team or department changes, and grow your confidence in how to be a change-maker for your cause.


Organisational design

Whether you want to reevaluate structures to support your strategy, or get teams on the ground working in more collaborative models, I can help you explore options to shape your org design.


Service design and design thinking

If you’re interested in exploring ways to set up innovation approaches within your teams, I specialise in helping organisations develop cross functional teams, and adopt Design thinking, Service design and Lean approaches to solve problems. As part of this I can help with training, hiring and establishing these ways of working.


Digital and data strategy

I can help you review or create technology and data plans that support your overall strategy, or think big about how emerging tech could enhance your work.

I can help you design communications that support your ‘digital transformation’ and bring everyone along the journey.


Public speaking

Training, workshops and team development

I have a passion for learning and development and enjoy running interactive team-development sessions and workshops. Topics I teach include: coping with organisational change; innovation; growing modern leadership skills; digital transformation, and using Transactional Analysis models to have better workplace conversations.
